摘要
文章为激光切铜炭化导致微短的研究,主要从激光能量的减少,碳化物的去除两个方面来改善微短。
This paper mainly discussed the process for laser charring of cutting Cu. We reduced charring with the method of reducing the laser energy and wiping off carbide.
