乌鲁木齐牛羊布鲁氏菌疫苗免疫效果对比试验 被引量:17

摘要 为制定乌鲁木齐牛羊布鲁氏菌病科学免疫方案,我们将国内通常用于预防牛羊布鲁氏菌病S2、M5和A19疫苗免疫乌鲁木齐的牛羊,采取不同免疫方法和不同免疫次数对免疫后的牛羊定期采血进行免疫抗体对比检测,结果表明:A19能刺激牛产生良好的免疫应答,S2和M5这两种布病疫苗均能刺激羊产生良好的免疫应答;二次免疫的布病抗体转阳率明显高于单次免疫的抗体转阳率,且免疫持续期长;同种疫苗,采用皮下和肌肉注射方法进行免疫,机体产生的免疫应答既迅速又稳定。通过本试验,初步掌握了疫苗种类、免疫次数、免疫方法与免疫效果之间的关系,为制定乌鲁木齐地区牛羊布鲁氏菌病合理的免疫方案提供技术参考。 To make rational immunization strategy of cattle and sheep agaist brucellosis with vaccines in Urumqi, the cattle and sheep were immunized with brucellosis vaccines $2, M5 and A19 with different vaccination ways and for different vaccination times, and comparison test was carried out for immune antibody in blood sampled regularly after immunization. The results showed that A19 could stimulate effective immune response in cattle, and both S2 and M5 could stimulate immune response in sheep. Antibody positive rate by two immunizations was obviously higher than that by only one immunization. Besides, the immune duration was longer. When the immunization was carried by subcutaneous and muscular injection, the immune response was fast and stable. The test explained the relation between immune effect and type of vaccines immunization, times and methods, and provided a reference for the rational immunization strategies for cattle and sheep against brucellosis in Urumqi.
