摘要
我国目前在建的核电机组主要是二代和二代加堆型,在核岛设备的建造过程中涉及到大量的焊接结构。本文主要针对堆内构件现场建造过程中涉及到的焊接进行论述,内容包括核电堆内构件焊接工艺评定的基本原则、堆内构件现场焊接类型等,并列出了影响评定有效性的关键要素。最后,对于堆内构件现场焊接工艺评定的制定,提出了指导性意见。
The main power stations which are in construction are the type of M310. There are many weld joints in the construction in the nuclear power station. The paper introduces the on-site welding of reactor internals, including the principles of welding process qualification and the types of weld joint. Also the paper introduces the key variables of welding process qualification. At last, it put forwards the guideline of the welding process qualification in construction.
