摘要
教师的课堂教学质量是衡量学校整体教学质量的一个重要指标。围绕如何提高教师课堂教学质量这一关键问题进行研究,为教学质量监控部门就教师这个办学主体研究和制定相应的监控措施和政策提供支撑,引导教师的教学目标、学生发展目标与学校的培养目标相一致,实现人性化管理提供参考。
Teachers＇ classroom teaching quality is an important index of measuring a school＇ s teaching quali- ty. The paper focuses on the key problem of how to improve teachers＇ classroom teaching quality so as to pro- vide a reference for the teaching quality monitoring department to lay down and research on appropriate monito- ring measures and policies in the light of teachers, the main part in running a school, guiding teachers in a- chieving the unity of teachers＇ teaching goals and development orientation with school＇ s training objectives and enabling the school to realize humane management.
