摘要
为提高开放实验室电源精细化管理水平,设计了一套远程电源管理系统。通过监控中心预约实验,待审核排班后下发实验室现场控制单元壁挂式主机,实验者经主机刷卡验证身份后,由主机分配实验台并通过ZigBee无线网下发指令到实验台电源控制器打开相应电源。电源控制器能实时采集实验台电源的电压、电流参数,并逆向上报监控中心。监控中心可根据上报数据判断电源工作情况,并进行状态控制。经运行测试,该系统实现了实验室电源无人值守、状态监测、远程控制等精细化管理。
In order to improve power management of the open laboratory, a remote power management system has been designed. After an experimenter makes an appointment for experiments in the monitoring center, the appointment will be issued to the wall-mounted unit host in the laboratory after auditing and scheduling. After verifying the experimenter' s identity,, the host will assign a laboratory bench and send instructions to the bench power supply controller to turn on the corresponding power supply by means of the ZigBee wireless network. The power controller can collect the real-time power supply voltage and current parameter data of the bench, and report them to the monitoring center. Based on the data, the monitoring center can intelligently control the power supply. Actual test proves that the system has realized the refined management of unattended operation, condition monitoring and remote control of laboratory power supply.
