浅议基于胜任力模型的国有大型建筑企业人才管理

摘要国有大型建筑企业是国民经济的支柱产业,在国内生产总值的比重不言而喻。随着建筑行业的日益发展和升级,建筑企业人才管理问题不断凸显并受到广泛关注和重视。文章结合作者在某大型国有建筑企业多年工作经验,在分析真实数据的基础上,提出存在的问题并阐述见解。
