摘要
采用恒电位阳极氧化法,用含氟的二甘醇溶液作为电解液,制备了分离的TiO2纳米管阵列,并结合紫外光还原法,制备Ag纳米颗粒负载的TiO2纳米管阵列.用SEM、XRD和紫外可见吸收光谱对Ag-TiO2纳米管进行表征,并以甲基橙为污染物测定其光催化性能.结果表明:随硝酸银浓度的增大,TiO2纳米管表面被银覆盖的面积更多,紫外吸收强度增强,光催化效率增强.
We report the fabrication of self-organized TiO2 nanotube arrays comprised of separated, discrete nanotubes by Ti anodization in fluoride ion containing diethylene glycol (DEG) electrolytes. Ag nanoparticles loaded TiO2 nano- tube arrays (Ag-TiO2) were successfully fabricated by an UV irradiation method. The synthesized samples were charac- terized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and UV-vis absorption spectroscopy. Fur- thermore, photocatalytic activity of the materials was investigated under Xe light irradiation in the process of methyl or- ange decomposition. The results showed that the loaded Ag nanoparticles significantly enhanced photocatalytic degrada- tion rate of TiO2 nanotube arrays which was increasing with the increase of AgNO3 concentration. The highest photocata- lytic degradation rate of the Ag-TiO2 nanotube arrays can reach 98.5%.
