摘要
[目的]观察穴位埋线治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者的临床疗效,及对性激素、胰岛素抵抗的影响。[方法]将60例多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为埋线组和电针组,各30例。埋线组采用穴位埋线疗法(每周1次),电针组采用电针疗法(每天1次),连续治疗3个月。分析患者治疗后月经情况、体重指数、腰围、多毛评分、痤疮评分,以及血清促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)的变化。[结果]治疗后比较,体重指数、腰围、多毛评分、痤疮评分、LH、LH/FSH、FBG和胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)显著性降低(P<0.05);治疗后两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]穴位埋线疗法可有效减轻多囊卵巢综合征患者的体质量,改善内分泌和胰岛素抵抗状况,比电针疗法操作简便、完成治疗时间短、来医院次数少,值得临床推广应用。
[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy on patients with polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS）, the effect on sex hormones and insulin resistance. [Methods] Sixty patients with PCOS were divided into catgut embedding group and electro-acupuncture group randomly, 30 patients for each group. The catgut embedding group was treated by aeupoint catgut embedding therapy （once a week）, and the electro-acupuncture group was treated by electro-acupuncture therapy everyday, lasting for three months without any intermittent. The changes of the patients＇ menstruation, body mass index （BMI）, waistline, hairy scores, acne scores, and the changes of luteinizing hormone （LH）, follicle stimulating hormone （FSH）, testosterone （T）, fasting blood glucose （FBG）, fasting insulin （FINS） were analyzed before and after treatment. [Results] After comparing the effect before and after treatment, it was found that there were obvious differences in the improvement of the menstruation of patients in the catgut embedding group （P〈O.05）, and the BMI, waist- line, hairy scores, acne scores, LH, LH/FSH, FBG and HOMA-IR were decreased significantly. After treatment, there was no obvious dif- ferences between two groups （P〉0.05）. [Conclusion] The acupoint catgut embedding therapy can relieve the body weight of patients with PCOS effectively, improve the situation of the endocrine and the insulin resistance. The procedure is more easier handled, needs less time for the treating and it can also reduce the times to go to the hospital to see doctors. The acupoint catgut embedding therapy is worthy for clinical popularization and application.
