摘要
环境影响评价主要是对各类规划和建设项目实施后可能造成的环境影响进行分析、预测和评估,已经得到广泛的应用;但节水灌溉工程对环境造成的影响研究较少,评价理论与方法还处于发展阶段。为此,对我国节水灌溉对生态环境影响评价的相关方法进行了理论分析和综述。结果表明:最适合的研究方法有模糊综合评判法和灰色关联分析法。
Environmental impact assessment is mainly to the implementation of plans and construction projects may after the effects on the environment on the analysis, the prediction and evaluation, there have been widely applied, But water saving irrigation engineering the effects on the environment less study, evaluation theory and method is still in the development stage. For this reason, this paper discusses the assessment of ecological environmental impact of the related approaches do the theoretical analysis and review, and the results show that the most suitable for the research method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and a gray correlation analysis method.
