摘要
本文分析了造成高校图书馆向社会开放程度比较低的原因,从财政支持、法律法规、社会舆论、图书馆服务原则几方面,论述了高校图书馆向社会化开放的策略。
At present, university libraries are relatively low degree of openness to the community . This article points the reasons for this situation, and discusses the strategy of the university library open to the social from financial support, laws and regu- lations, public opinion, principle of library services.
