摘要
作为中小学领导与管理领域的研究热点,教学领导力一直活跃于国外学校领导与管理研究、政策和实践中。基于历史性分析发现,教学领导力内涵的发展经历了由混沌到清晰,从注重客观工作分析到强调利益相关者主观建构,从以教学领导活动为线索到以学习为中心的过程。在测评方面,海林杰等人开发的校长教学领导力评定量表以及范德堡大学开发的以学习为中心的教学领导力评价体系影响较大。教学领导力未来的研究方向主要有:以全面发展理念作为研究指导;从校长教学领导力到共享教学领导力;提高研究的生态效度。
Instructional leadership is an important hotspot of studies in educational administration and management domain, which has been active in the research, policy and practice of foreign school leadership and management. Based on historical analysis, the instructional leadership connotation has evolved from chaos to clarity, from a focus on objective analysis to an emphasis on stakeholders subjective construction, from instructional leadership activities as a clue to the process of learning-centered. On the aspect of assessment, The Instructional Leadership Model and the Principals Instructional Leadership Management Rating Scale proposed by Hallinger and his colleague and the learning centered Vanderbilt Assessment of Leadership in Education proposed by Vanderbilt University have growing influence around the world. The future research direction can be included as follows: analyzing instructional leadership based on comprehensive development concept, transforming from instructional leadership of principals to shared instructional leadership, and improving the ecological validity of study.
