摘要
建立现代医院管理制度是公立医院改革发展的必然趋势。从世界主要国家和我国公立医院改革的背景出发，分析了建立现代医院管理制度的目标和需要解决的主要问题，并在此基础上提出了建立现代医院管理制度的路径。
Building a contemporary hospital management system is inevitable in the reform and development of public hospitals in China. With a background introduction to public hospital reform in major countries and China, this article named the goals and analyzed the main problems in the establishment of a contemporary hospital management system. On such basis, the authors proposed the roadmap to establish such a system.
