摘要
随着煤炭企业经营状况的日益改善和对信息技术的依赖与需求,煤炭企业信息化建设步伐逐步加快,对信息资源的整合和信息价值的利用提出了更高要求,因此知识管理成为了煤炭企业提高竞争优势的必然选择。鉴于目前煤炭企业在知识管理中存在的问题,文章结合开滦(集团)有限责任公司煤炭企业知识特点将以Blog为基础构建基于Blog的企业知识管理系统。探讨如何通过知识系统有效解决煤炭企业知识管理问题,为提高企业竞争力做一些有益的尝试。
As the improvement of business conditions, and the growing of dependences and requirements of information technology, coal enterprises＂ information constructions are growing quickly. Also, there are higher expectations on information resources integration and information value using. Therefore, knowledge management has become an inevitable choice to enhance their competitive advantages. Whereas the current problems of coal enterprises in the knowledge management, combining knowledge feature of Kailuan Group Company, this paper will introduce knowledge management system with blog, explore an effective solution to knowledge management, to enhance the coal enterprises＂ competitiveness.
