摘要
目的:研究忍冬叶的化学成分。方法:采用反复硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱法等进行分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果:从忍冬叶中分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别为香叶木素(1),槲皮素(2),苜蓿素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3),槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4),芦丁(5),忍冬苦苷A(6),忍冬苦苷B(7)。结论:所有化合物均首次从忍冬叶中分离得到。
Objective: To study on chemical constituents from the leaves of Lonicera japonica. Method: The compounds were isolated by column chromatography and identified on the basis of physic-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Result: Seven compounds were obtained and identified as diosmetin (1) , quercetin (2) , tricin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3) , quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4) , rutin (5) , loniceroside A (6) and loniceroside B (7) , respectively. Conclusion: The seven compounds were obtained from the leaves of L. japonica for the first time.
