摘要
2011年10月29日,全国人大常委会颁布的《民事诉讼法修正案(草案)》秉承了社会主义法治理念,在保障公民起诉权、申诉权,以及诉讼权利行使方面与现行《民事诉讼法》相比有着新的贡献;但是仍然存在诸如检察机关监督权利狭窄、小额诉讼程序不完善等不足之处,亟待立法再完善。
On October 29^th, 2011 , the Amend Draft of Civil Procedure Law enacted by me smnamg committee of National People＇s Congress adheres to the socialist legal concept, and has its new contribution on the safeguarding citizen＇s rights of litigation, petition and lawsuit compared the current Civil Procedure Law. However, the new law still has some shortages such as the limitation of the supervisorship of procuratorate and the imperfection on the legal proceedings with small litiga- tion costs, so the law needs further improvement.
