摘要
有道德的领导者是员工们的榜样,他们能感染并教育员工使之行事符合伦理规范,使企业维持正常运作而不陷入诚信缺失的泥潭.通过对伦理领导的深入分析,提出伦理领导对员工建言行为的作用机制.以某国有企业的359名员工为样本,验证了伦理领导能通过角色自我效能感这一中介变量影响员工建言,而这一作用机制又将受到团队竞争氛围的调节.最后对研究的贡献和不足进行了探讨.
The study mainly focuses on the relationship between ethical leadership and employee voice. It proposes that role-breadth self-efficacy as a psychological mediator can explain this relationship. Meanwhile, the study expects team competition climate may moderate this mechanism through an indirect way. These hypotheses are tested by using data collected from 359 employees working in a state-owned enterprise in China. The results finally support our expectation.
