摘要
应用Grimelius银染法观察北方狭口蛙消化道嗜银细胞的形态学特点,并统计分析嗜银细胞的分布密度。结果表明,消化道嗜银细胞可分为开放型细胞和闭合型细胞,两者的比值变化范围为0.20～0.49,从食管至直肠都以闭合型细胞为主。分布密度食管和胃体最高,空肠最低。北方狭口蛙消化道嗜银细胞的形态学特点和分布密度有自身的独特性,这可能与其善于穴居掘土的生活习性有关。
The morphological features of argyrophil cells were observed by Grimelius silver staining method,and the distributive density of argyrophil cells was analyzed and compared along the digestive tract of Kaloula borealis.The results were as follows：argyrophil cells were divided into two types：open and closed.Ratio range between open and closed type cells was 0.20~0.49,and most of them were closed type from the esophagus to the rectum.Argyrophil cells showed the highest density in the esophagus and stomachus corpus,and the lowest in the jejunum.In all,morphological features and distributive density of argyrophil cells along the digestive tract in Kaloula borealis are different from those of other amphibians,which may be related to its special digging life styles.
