左西孟旦与米力农治疗急性失代偿心力衰竭的疗效比较 被引量：17

摘要 目的比较左西孟旦与米力农治疗急性失代偿心力衰竭的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取急性失代偿性心力衰竭患者共85例。随机分为观察组和对照组，在两组均给予常规药物治疗基础上，观察组静脉滴注左西孟旦，对照组静脉滴注米力农。结果观察组治疗总有效率为83．72％，明显高于对照组的71．43％（P〈0．01）。对照组不良反应发生率（19．05％）显著高于观察组（11．63％）（P〈0．05）。结论左西孟旦在治疗重度失代偿性心力衰竭的临床效果优于米力农，且不良反应低，临床可进一步推广使用。
