摘要
复合树脂在牙体缺损直接修复中的应用越来越广泛。但是,树脂修复活髓牙后的敏感问题却始终存在并困扰着临床医师。复合树脂修复活髓牙术后敏感的产生受多种因素影响且贯穿整个临床操作过程。本文就临床修复过程中影响复合树脂修复术后牙敏感的相关因素作一综述,并介绍减少敏感的一些措施。
Composite resin has been more and more extensively used for vital teeth restoration. However, postoperative sensitivity occurs after composite resin restoration. Many factors influence the occurrence of postoperative sensitivity. This article reviews the influencing factors, including cavity preparation, wall lining, etching time, choice of adhesives, choice of composite resin and the mode of light curing. Furthermore, preventive measures of postoperative sensitivity are summarized.
