进口X12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1转子的显微组织和力学性能分析 被引量:4

摘要 X12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1钢在我国已被广泛用于超(超)临界机组汽轮机转子等大锻件,需求量较大,但目前仍依赖进口。国内对进口X12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1转子实物件的成分、纯净度、组织和性能尚缺乏全面了解。为此,本文对某进口X12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1转子进行了取样分析,以期为该钢种转子的国产化提供参考。 X12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1 steel has been widely used in manufacturing of the large-sized rotor forgings for supercritical and ultra-supercritical steam turbine applications in our country. This kind of product is now in great demand on the domestic market, but still relies on import at present. Chemical composition, purity, microstructure and mechanical properties of the imported X12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1 steel are not clear yet. For this teason, a sample taken from imported rotor of X12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1 was tested and analyzed, in order to provide the reference data for the localization of this steel.
