新疆地区猪瘟血清学监测与分析 被引量:7

摘要 [目的]了解近几年猪瘟免疫效果,对猪瘟免疫抗体进行监测,掌握全疆猪瘟防控情况。[方法]对2007~2011年采集的全疆各个地、州(市)种猪场、商品代养殖场、散养户、交易市场、屠宰场等6 064个场点的猪血清样品31 972份,采用猪瘟正向血凝试验方法和猪瘟阻断ELJSA试验方法对所有样品进行猪瘟免疫抗体检测。[结果]猪瘟免疫抗体合格数为24 084份,合格率为75.33%。[结论]连续5年累计检测样品的猪瘟抗体合格率均达到国家免疫合格标准70%以上。根据现有猪瘟免疫抗体水平,今后还需加大免疫力度,进一步提高猪瘟免疫合格率,从而达到更好的免疫保护。 [ Objective] In order to know the immune ettect ot swine 1ever m recent y , immune antibody and understand the prevention situation in all areas of Xinjiang. [ Method]31,972 samples of swine serum from 6,064 sites of swine - breeding centers were collected. These sites included commercial pig farms, free - range farmers, trading markets, slaughter houses, and so on. All samples were detected for immune antibody of swine fever by adopting methods of positive blood coagulation test and ELISA blocking test. [ Result] The test results showed that the qualified number of immune antibody of swine fever was 24, 084, and the qualified rate was 75.33%. [ Conclusion] Immune antibody of swine fever qualified rate arrived at the national immune qualified standard : 70% rates which were accumulative detection samples of 5 years in succession. According to the current level of immune antibody of swine fever, we need to strengthen the immune efforts, enhance immune antibody of swine fever qualified rate further, and achieve better immune protection.
