摘要
结合传统的轴设计方法、有限元分析技术和有限元优化方法,设计并优化了机床滑枕一柔性传动轴结构形状,使其在轴两端不对心时仍能稳定传递扭矩,并在给定条件下优化其结构形状,减小不对中对传动轴引起的应力,避免振动或者轴断现象,使其性能最优、寿命最高、材料最省。
Combining finite element analysis techniques and finite element optimization method, this paper designs and optimizes the structure of a flexible drive shaft in machine ram, which can make the shaft transmit torque stably even if both ends of the shaft are misaligned. The structure of the shaft is optimized under the given conditions, to reduce the stress caused by the misalignment on the transmission shaft and to avoid vibration phenomenon, so that the optimal performance and the higher life can be got.
