针刺对缺血性脑血管病模型大鼠脑组织代谢型谷氨酸受体的影响 被引量:11

Influence of Acupuncture on Metabotropic Glutamate Receptors in Rats with Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

摘要 目的:观察针刺对缺血性脑血管病模型大鼠脑组织代谢型谷氨酸受体的影响。方法:将大鼠分为对照组(Ⅰ组),模型组(Ⅱ组),模型+针刺组(Ⅲ组),每组30只。采用颈内动脉插入线栓法建立大脑中动脉栓塞(MCAO)模型,处死前30min行针刺干预,观察脑组织代谢型谷氨酸受体的变化。结果:模型组出现受体表达水平增加,随着时间的增加,表达水平呈上升水平,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。模型+针刺组同样出现表达水平的增加,24h时mGluR1、mGluR3、mGluR8的表达水平较模型组同时段降低,差异具有统计学意义,提示经针刺干预后mGluR1、mGluR3、mGluR8的表达受到抑制。结论:针刺可抑制缺血性脑血管病模型大鼠脑组织代谢型谷氨酸受体的表达,从而减轻脑组织的进一步损伤。 To observe the influence of acupuncture on metabotropic glutamate receptors in rats with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods: The rats were randomly divided into three groups: the control group(groupⅠ), the model group(group) and the treatment group(group Ⅲ), each for 30 rats. Focal cerebral ischemia was induced by occlusion of the middle cerebral artery (MCA) using the intraluminal filament technology. Acupuncture intervention was given to the treatment group for 30 minutes before death. The changes of metabotropic glutamate receptors in brain tissue of rats were observed. Results: The level of receptors in group Ⅱ increased with time, and the difference between before and after treatment showed statistical significance(P0.05). Besides, the level of receptors in group Ⅲ increased. However, the level of mGluR1, mGluR3 and mGluR8 after 24 hours decreased compared with group Ⅱ. This suggested that the level of mGluR1, mGluR3 and mGluR8 was inhibited after acupuncture. Conclusion: Acupuncture can inhibit the level of metabotropic glutamate receptors in rats with ischemic cerebrovascular disease, and then reduce the injury of brain tissue.
