摘要
合成了一系列不同磺酸根含量和相近聚合度的聚羧酸系减水剂,系统研究了其在水泥颗粒表面的吸附性能,对水泥颗粒表面Zeta电位的影响,对水泥净浆流动度与流变学的影响和颗粒间的斥力总位能。结果表明:随着聚羧酸系减水剂磺酸根含量增加,其在水泥颗粒表面的吸附量呈先增加后减小的趋势,水泥颗粒的Zeta电位绝对值呈增加趋势,对水泥颗粒的分散性能呈先增加后减小趋势;水泥颗粒间的斥力总位能也呈先增加后减小趋势,这进一步从理论上解释了聚羧酸系减水剂分散性能差异的原因。
A series of polycarboxylate-type superplasticizers (PCs) with different sulfonic groups and similar degree of polymerization were synthesized, and used as superplasticizer for cement suspensions.The effect of sulfonic groups of PC on the zeta potential, adsorption, fluidity and rheological property of the corresponding cement suspensions was investigated systematically, and total potential energy produced by repulsive force between particles was calculated.The results show that,with the increasing of sulfonic group content, adsorption amount of PC on cement particle surface presents an increasing and then reducing trend, absolute value of Zeta potential presents an increasing trend.In addition, the dispersing ability of PCs to cement particles presents an initial increasing and then reducing trend, and the changing rule of total potential energy was in accordance with the changing rule of dispersing property of PC in cement pastes.This indicated that the calculated results of total potential energy further supported the explanation of dispersing property difference of PC in theory.
