摘要
目的:观察窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)光疗联合口服斯皮仁诺治疗糠枇孢子菌毛囊炎的效果。方法:将79例患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组41例,采用窄谱中波紫外线光疗联合口服斯皮仁诺治疗,对照组38例,单用斯皮仁诺口服治疗。结果:治疗组第2、4、8周总有效率均高于对照组;疗程结束后随诊3个月治疗组复发率低于对照组;两组疗效及复发率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:窄谱中波紫外线光疗联合口服斯皮仁诺治疗糠枇孢子菌毛囊炎疗效显著,无明显不良反应并可降低复发率,值得临床推广使用。
Objective： To observe the clinical efi^cacy of UVB phototherapy combined with Sporanox in the treatment of pityrosporum folliculitis. Methods： A total of 79 patients diagnosed with pityrospomm folliculitis were randomly divided into two groups. 41 patients in the treatment group received UVB phototherapy in combination with Sporanox while the 38 patients in control received Sporanox alone. Results ： The total effective rate of treatment group in 2,4,8weeks were higher while in control group. After 3 months follow - up the recurrence rate of treatment group was lower than that in control group . The difference in total effective rate and recurrence rate were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The combination of UVB phototherapy and Sporanox treatment was effective in treating r）itvrosoorum folliculitis and there was no apparent adverse effect and mav decrease the recurrence rate.
