河南省中学生心理健康现况分析 被引量:44

摘要 目的了解河南省中学生心理健康状况,为中学生心理问题的干预提供线索。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法在河南省7个省辖市及7个县中抽取中学生21 870名,使用中国中学生心理健康量表(MMHI-60)进行现场问卷调查。结果河南省中学生心理问题检出率为45.7%,其中轻度者为40.7%,中度者为4.8%,重度者为0.2%。男、女生心理状况良好率及量表总均分差异无统计学意义(P值均>0.05);不同地区和学段中学生心理问题检出率及量表总均分差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论农村中学生心理健康状况差于城市学生,高中学生心理健康状况差于初中学生。学习压力感是中学生最突出的心理问题。 Objective To understand the mental health status of middle school students in Henan province,and to provide evidence for the prevention.Methods A total of 21 870 middle school students were selected from 7 provincial cities by stratified cluster sampling,and then they were investigated with Mental Health Inventory of Middle School Students(MMHI-60).Results The detection rate of psychological problems among middle school students in Henan was 45.7%.There were no significant differences in detection rates of psychological problems and average scores of the scale between boys and girls(P&gt;0.05),while the detection rates and average scores among students in rural area and high school students were significantly higher than that of the students in city and junior high school(P&lt;0.05).Conclusion Mental health status of students in rural area and high school is poorer than that in city and junior high school students.Sense of academic pressure is the most prominent psychological problem among Henan middle school students.
