摘要
目的了解北京市西城区中学生骑车行为现状及骑车违规行为影响因素,为制定干预措施提供科学依据。方法依据教学质量和学校类型,随机选取北京市西城区9所学校中学生1 940名。利用"青少年健康相关行为调查问卷"中的骑车相关行为及相关数据进行流行病学描述性研究。结果中学生骑车违规行为报告率为34.5%,分别有15.9%,4.4%,8.1%,23.1%,9.1%,14.8%的学生骑车双手离把、攀附其他车辆、追逐打闹、逆行、带人、闯红灯(乱闯马路)。骑车违规行为危险度男生为女生2.0倍,高中生为初中生1.6倍,职高生分别为普通中学生、重点中学生的1.5,1.8倍;成绩较差学生为成绩良好学生的1.3倍。结论中学生骑车违规行为报告率较高,男生、高中生、职高学生、成绩较差学生是高危人群。学校、家庭和社会应共同努力,提高青少年自我保护能力,减少和控制交通伤害发生。
Objective To study the prevalence and the related factors of cycling behavior among middle school students in Xicheng district of Beijing,and to provide scientfic basis for developing policy and effective inervetion.Methods Among 1 940 students in 9 middle schools in Xicheng District of Beijing.The epidemiological descriptive study was conducted on cycling activity-realted behaviors and related descriptive data among students utilizing the data of ＂the study on the Health Risk Behaviors among adolescents＂.Results The reported rate of irregularity in cycling was 34.5%.The reported rate of hands away from the ride,clings other vehicles,chasing,retrograding,cycling with people,running the red light（crossing the road）was 15.9%,4.4%,8.1%,23.1%,9.1% and 14.8%,respectively.The risk of riding violation,the boys were 2.0 times that of girls,the high school students were 1.6 times that of junior high school students,vocational school students were 1.5 and 1.8 times that of ordinary middle school students and key middle school students.Students with lower scores good grades were 1.3 times that of good grades students.Conclusion The reported rate of cycling for violating traffic rules is high among middle school students,and the risk populations are the male,high school students,vocational school students,the students with poor academic performance.School,family and society should work together,enhancement of adolescent injury prevention awareness,enhance the self protection ability,to reduce and control of traffic injury.
