摘要
白车身总成是由上百个钣金零件逐级焊接而成,由于多个零件的相似性,容易于在焊接过程导致零件错用,这需要在设计阶段予以防错设计考虑。本文主要依据白车身零件特点,阐述了零件防错设计的原则和防错设计方法,同时结合具体的案例分析,说明了车身设计的防错设计思路。
The whole BIW is consists of hundreds of sheet parts by welding. For the similarity to parts, sheet part is misused easily. It must be considered for error-proofing design at the stage of body design. In this paper, we demonstrated the principle and method of sheet parts error-proofing design based on characteristic of BIW. At the same, we put up the ideas of error-proofing design with detailed case.
