摘要
余江是新中国的"第一面血防红旗",是我国取得根除血吸虫病并长期巩固血防成果的典型。在1950年代防治血吸虫病的岁月里,党领导余江人民创造了前所未有的"血防"奇迹,也形成了很有价值的"血防"经验。余江血防经验充分证明,党的领导是余江人民能够创造"血防"奇迹的关键因素;群众运动的防疫形式是有效的,它不仅不会妨碍生产,还能促进生产;条件困难,但只要党的领导有力,中国人民也能取得防疫工作的胜利;用生态办法防治血吸虫病,不仅不会破坏生态环境,相反还能改善生态环境。
Yu Jiang County,the first red banner of the schistosomiasis control in the new China,was the model of eradication of schistosomiasis and long-term consolidation of schistosomiasis control.In the years of schistosomiasis control,the Communist Party of China leaded the Yujiang people to create an unprecedented ＂schistosomiasis control＂ miracle,as well as accumulated valuable experiences in schistosomiasis control.Their experiences have fully proved that the leadership of the Communist Party of China was the key factor.The mass movement of epidemic control is effective.It does not hamper the production.On the contrary,it promotes production.Although the conditions were difficult,as long as the Party＇s leadership is strong,the Chinese people can achieve the victory of the epidemic control.Using the ecological approaches,the control and cure of schistosomiasis will not damage the ecological environments,and the ecological environment will be improved instead.
