摘要
使鹿鄂温克人是中国最后的狩猎部落,近几十年生活方式的巨变带来的是社会适应和身体素质的急剧下降。运用文献资料法、问卷法、量表测试法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法对位于我国内蒙古根河市境内鄂温克狩猎部落的138名敖鲁古雅猎民进行了心理健康、体育习惯等方面的研究。结果发现,敖鲁古雅猎民心理健康和体育习惯存在一些问题,造成这种现象的原因是生活方式的不合理和对社会文化环境的不适应。弘扬传统文化、增进文化融合、改进猎民生产生活方式是解决这一问题的重要途径。
Reindeer Ewenki is the last hunting tribe in China, social adaptation and physical quality of which decreased rapidly with sudden change in life style in recent decades. This paper attempts to analyze the habits of Reindeer Ewenki sports from a psychological point of view, in order to provide more suitable models for sports and sports culture development The research was carried out on the SCL - 90 scales measuring the sports habits of Evenki （ Aoluguya Township） original inhabitants （ 138 ） and Horizontal eonlparison among national norm. Some conclusions were made： small living space, severe alcohol depend- ence, lack of modem deeonstruction and reconstruction of traditional loved sports ; Reindeer Ewenki interpersonal sensitivity, somatization, depression, anxiety project was significantly higher than the national norm, all these have a very close relation- ship with sports habits and living habits ; presence of fixed career will play a decisive role for the psychological scale.
