摘要
举国体制,从某种意义上说,就是集中力量办大事的体制。科学认识我国竞技体育"举国体制"问题,决不是简单的对社会制度问题的评析,旨在对我国竞技体育"举国体制"存在的合理性从四个方面进行科学的剖析,以期为我国竞技体育发展的理论问题提供科学的参考之宜。
The Whole Nation System, in a sense, is a system of ＂Concentrate Resources and Do Big Things. ＂. Scientific un- derstanding of the Whole Nation System , is by no means to evaluate and analyze simply social system problems. This paper aims to analyze the existence rationality of the ＂the System＂ scientifically from four aspects, thus providing some reference for the theoretical problems of China sport development.
