摘要
为能较全面阐述高层隔震结构的工程应用,本文结合相关规范及规程提出建议性的高层隔震结构设计流程,并按此流程对云南高烈度区的某十三层商住楼进行隔震设计和分析,时程分析表明:与抗震结构相比,隔震结构基本周期有较大延长;在8度(0.3g)地震作用下,X、Y方向水平向减震系数分别为0.25和0.22,结构的地震作用效应大幅降低,隔震层的支座应力及位移等验算均满足要求,表明本文提出的设计流程是简捷有效的。最后对工程的经济性进行讨论,结果表明有良好的社会经济效益,工程设计合理可行。
In order to more comprehensively expound the engineering application of high - rise isolated structure, the recommended design process of high - rise isolated structure was proposed with the relevant norms and procedures in this paper. A certain thirteen - floor commercial and residential building in Yunnan high - intensity area was designed and analyzed according to the above - mentioned process. Time history analysis showed that : compared with the seismic structure, the fundamental period of the isolated structure was relatively large extended. Under 8 degree earthquake (0. 3g) , the horizontal damping coefficient in X and Y direction were 0. 25 and 0. 22, the structure seismic effect is significantly reduced. Bearings' stress and displacement of the isolation layer met the requirements, which showed that the design process abovementioned was simple and effective. Finally, discussions on the economics of the project were carried out, resuits showed that there is a good social and economic benefits, and this engineering design was reasonable and feasible.
