摘要
《紫色》叙述了西丽自幼经历磨难,后来从周围女性朋友及妹妹的关爱中汲取精神动力,治愈心灵创伤并找回自我,实现人生价值的故事。醒悟后的西丽奋起反抗,向男性世界发起挑战,并努力探寻自我意识,积极建构女性身份。西丽的成长历程在当下社会对广大女性依然具有启迪作用和教育意义。
Celie, the protagonist in Color Purple, has poor and miserable life experiences from her childhood. And then she heals the trauma and returns to the self, and realizes the value of her life after she gets spiritual power from her friends and her sister. After waking - up, she becomes rebelling against the male world, and striving to seek self - consciousness, and constructing female identity. Celie＇ s growth still has the significance to today＇ s women.
