摘要
根据页岩水平井水平段页岩裂缝发育、井壁坍塌问题,对油基钻井液的封堵性进行了优化,使用了多种刚性、柔性以及成膜的油基封堵材料进行了评价实验形成了强封堵的油基钻井液体系。泌页HF1页岩油气水平井现场应用表明,该油基钻井液体系封堵防塌能力强、滤失量低、破乳电压高,具有较强的携带能力,避免了水平井段井壁垮塌问题,中石化河南油田泌页HF1井三开水平段长1044m,钻进、电测、下套管顺利。
According to the problems of shale fracture growing, hole collapse in shale gas horizontal well, the sealing characteristics of the oil-based drilling fluid was optimized. A new oil-based drilling fluid system with strong sealability was synthesized by using variety rigidity, flexibility and film oil-based sealing materials. The field applications in HF1 shale oil and gas horizontal well showed that the new oil-based drilling fluid system had strong anti-collapse ability, low filtration rate, high emulsion-breaking voltage and strong carrying capacity. And the horizontal section length of HF1 well was 1044m, drilling, electrical measurement and running casing were very successful.
