摘要
介绍了针对某石化公司200万t/a加氢裂化装置高压、高温、厚壁管道射线检测无法保证施工工期而自行研制中心曝光器及其使用的情况。结果表明,将自行研制的中心曝光器用于该装置高压、高温、厚壁管道射线检测,综合功效比双壁单影法提高10倍。中心曝光器的研制为同类工程装置的射线检测提供了一种高效、可操作性强的中心透照检测装置。
During the fabrication of 200 × 10^4/a hydrocracking unit, RT to the thick wall pipelines that service under high pressure & high temperature could not ensure the fabrication schedule, so the center exposer was developed and used. Practice shown that comparing with double- wall signal-imagine method, the synthetic efficacy was enhanced 10 times after using the center exposer to the pipelines that service under high pressure & high temperature. The development of center exposer providing an efficient and maneuverabile nondestructive testing device for the similar engineering equipment.
