摘要
通过对公立医院运营效率评价方法的分析,归纳总结各种方法的缺陷和不足,运用杜邦模型对某公立医院2004～2009年的运营状况进行实证分析,提出相关建议,并对其局限性进行说明,如难以发现管理者中的深层次问题;不能反映人力资源管理的不足;不能体现规模扩张与内涵建设不匹配问题等。
The paper discussed the disadvantages of various methods through analysis of the methods in operation performance evaluation in public hospital. Meanwhile, the operation situation of public hospital in 2004 - 2009 was analyzed by using the DuPont Model, related suggestions were then put forward and limitations were discussed which included difficulty in finding indepth problem, no reflection of disadvantage of personnels management, and no reflection of unmatching between scale expansion and connotation construction.
