布氏乳杆菌及其在青贮饲料中应用的研究 被引量:11

摘要 布氏乳杆菌是2001年才被FDA认可并作为青贮饲料接种菌应用的一种异型发酵乳酸菌,其对青贮饲料的作用方式和作用效果与同型发酵乳酸菌显著不同,它在提高青贮饲料有氧稳定性方面已经有了较多的研究,也已基本被人们接受。就布氏乳杆菌对青贮发酵和青贮饲料有氧稳定性方面的影响进行了详细阐述,以便为研究和实际生产提供理论和技术支持。 Lactobacillus buchneri is a heterotype ferment lactic acid bacteria which has been approved by FDA in 2001 and can be as silage inoculated bacteria,and it has significantly different action means and effects on silage from isotype ferment lactic acid bacteria.There have been many researches about increasing the aerobic stability of silage.Effects of Lactobacillus buchneri on silage fermentation and the aerobic stability of silage were introduced in order to provide reference for study and practical production.
