摘要
为了汽车轻量化,铝合金板在其车身上的应用逐年增加。由于铝合金冲压成形性能差,因而研究提高成形性能已成为当前的热点。选用有代表性的变形铝合金AA6009作为研究对象,建立了V形件冲压成形模拟模型。使用DYNAFORM软件,模拟了不同厚度、弯曲圆角半径条件下铝合金板的回弹。通过数据分析获得了典型铝合金回弹的一般规律,以期为铝合金板材弯曲成形在汽车车身上的应用提供基础数据。
In order to lightweight of automobile, the application of aluminum alloy in its body is increased year by year. But being poor stamping formability, how to improve the formability of aluminum alloy is a hot spot of current research. Choosing the typical wrought aluminum alloy AA6009 as study object, simulation model of stamping Vshape was established. The springback of aluminum alloy sheet under different thickness and bend fillet radius was simulated with DYNAFORM software. Through analysis of the simulation data, the general rule of spring back of typical aluminum alloy was gained, which expect to provide the basic data for the application of aluminum alloy sheet in automobile body.
