摘要
为了培养大学生参与有氧搏击操的学习兴趣,探索提高大学生社会适应能力的方法和途径,采用实验法和问卷调查法,以实验组和对照组大学生社会适应能力为指标进行研究.结果表明:1)实验后男大学生在生活适应、人际适应、就业适应和满意度方面好于女大学生,而女大学生在学习适应和自我评价方面好于男生;2)有氧搏击操练习组在生活适应、人际适应、自我评价和满意度方面好于乒乓球对照组;3)长期的有氧搏击操运动可使大学生的身体素质得到明显提高,体质得到良好的改善,心血管和呼吸系统机能得到增强.
The paper aims to raise students,interest on kickboxing aerobics, and try to find new ways to improve college students' ability of social adaptation. Using the experimental method, to experimental and control groups of college students ~ social adaptability study of indicators. The research found:l) Male college students' attitudes on social adaptation, and job adaptation are better than that of female students. But the study adaptation and self - evaluation of femal students are better than male students. 2) Those who study kickboxing aerobics are better on social adaptation, cornmunation, and self - evalua- tion than those who don't. 3) Taking kickboxing aerobics can help develop students health and cardiovascular and respiratory function
