摘要
水产品冷链物流中心的建设和完善对于提高水产品质量,保障食品安全,提高渔业竞争力等具有重要意义。通过对福建省水产品冷链物流发展现状的把握,总结福建水产品冷链物流中心建设的典型案例的经验,阐述水产品冷链物流中心建设的"福建模式"及其特点,提出促进水产品冷链物流中心建设实践的未来发展策略。
The construction of aquatic products cold chain logistics center is of a great significance. Which may ensure the quality of aquatic products, guarantee the safety of aquatic products, enhance fishery competitiveness, and so on. This study is based on the current situation of Fujian aquatic products cold chain logistics, the typical construction experience and Fujian Model of aquatic products cold chain logistics center has summarized and escribed. This paper also put forward the future development strategy for enhance construction of aquatic products cold chain logistics center.
