摘要
"以学习者为中心"是当前我国高等教育人才培养改革的一个重要视角和切入点。以学习者为中心主要体现为以学生为主体和以学生的学习为中心,其关键着力点就是对学习力的关注与培养,这既是解决"培养什么样的人"的问题,又是解决"怎样培养人"的问题。大学生学习力培养与生成的关键在于实现"还教于学"、"还学于生"和"还生于人"的三大转变。
The learner-centered idea is a very important perspective and breakthrough point of talents cultivating reform in higher education nowadays in China. The learner-centered idea has two main connotative meanings: the first is taking the student as the subject, and the second is taking the student's learning as the center. The key point of the idea is to pay attention to the development of the student's academic attainment, which is not only about what kind of talents to cultivate, but also how to cultivate the talents. The development of academic attainment of the university student has three key steps, that is, turning teaching to learning, turning learning to the learner, and turning the learner to human being.
