摘要
依据三峡水库实际运行条件,提出了长中短期多时间尺度分层结构与相互嵌套原理,构建了不同层次模型之间的逐级控制策略和信息反馈机制,建立了基于发电收益最大的三峡水库4层嵌套发电优化调度模型及其求解方法。实例表明,所建立模型能较好地体现不同层次模型之间的"控制—反馈"关系和不同精度来水的信息价值。
Based on actual operation conditions of Three Gorges Reservoir, the principle of multi-time scale layered nesting is firstly proposed, then the level-control strategies and feedback mechanisms between different time-scale models are built, and finally, the 4-layer nesting model and its solution for seeking operation optimization of reservoir with maximum power gain is established. The case study shows that the model can reflect on the relationship of control-feedback and the value of different accuracy runoff.
