摘要
作为当今国际工程教育领域最新教研成果,CDIO工程教育模式陆续被国内外许多高校工科课程采纳并结出丰硕的教学成果。民航强国战略背景下,我国民航飞速发展给空管人才培养带来了巨大挑战。从空管专业特点出发,论述了在空管专业人才培养中引入CDIO模式的可行性。
As the latest achievement of international engineering education field nowadays, the CDIO model has been adopted by a lot of domestic and overseas universities＇ engineering courses, which brings out plentiful and substantial teaching achievement. Under the strategy of powerful country of civil aviation, the civil aviation of China develops at a full speed and brings about enormous challenge to air traffic control （ATC） personnel cultivation. The feasibility of applying CDIO model in the ATC personal cultivation is discussed from the angle of air traffic control majors.
