酶法辅助提取对迷迭香精油出油率的影响 被引量:7

摘要 本文以迷迭香叶为主要原料,提取出迷迭香精油。利用纤维素酶酶解迷迭香干叶,对其挥发油的提取工艺进行了研究。在单因素实验基础上,通过正交实验优化酶解工艺条件。结果表明,最佳酶解工艺为:酶用量为0.4%,pH为3,酶解温度30℃,酶解时间2 h。在此条件下,迷迭香干叶经纤维素酶预处理后,利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油与未经过酶处理直接提取挥发油相比,出油率提高了69.2%。 By using leaves as the main raw materials,rosemary oil was exlracted.Through using cellulose to pretreat leaves.The extraction proces was studied.On the basis of single experiment and orthogonal experiment.the optimal technology was found.The results are as follows:The conditions were enzyme dosage 0.4%,pH=3 and 30℃ for 2 h.Rosemary leaves by cellulose pretreated and essistial oil by steam distillation extracted,extracting essential oil increased 69.2% comparecl with the control.
