T细胞斑点试验在结核病中的诊断价值

摘要 目的评价γ干扰素释放结核感染T细胞斑点试验(T-SPOT.TB)检测在结核病中的诊断价值。方法将住院及门诊确诊结核49例患者作为观察组,非结核患者47例作为对照组,两组进行T-SPOT.TB、结核抗体、结核菌素试验(PPD)等检测。结果 T-SPOT.TB检测在观察组中的敏感性为95.9%,明显高于PPD的75.6%,结核抗体的73.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。T-SPOT.TB检测在对照组中的特异性为95.7%,与PPD、结核抗体相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 T-SPOT.TB具有较高的敏感性和特异性,在结核病的诊断中有着重要价值。 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of T-SPOT.TB in tuberculosis. Methods 49 tuberculosis patients(observation group) and 47 non-TB pantients(control group) were enrolled in our test.They all received T-SPOT.TB,PPD and tuberculosis antibod(yTBAb). Results The sensibility of T-SPOT.TB in observation group was 95.5%,which was significant higher than the PPD and TBAb with the value of 75.6%,73.4% (P0.01 respectively).The specificity of T-SPOT.TB in control group was 95.7%,which was significant higher than the PPD and TBAb (P0.01). Conclusion T-SPOT.TB has the high sensibility and specificity and has important value in the diagnosis of tuberculosis.
