摘要
目的总结经皮肾镜气压弹道超声碎石术(PCNL)治疗肾结石的护理配合经验。方法分析本院87例PCNL肾结石患者的临床资料,并总结护理配合要点。结果所有患者术程顺利,手术时间(60.1±14.8)min;术中出血量(40.0±33.6)mL;术后下床活动时间(26.0±4.0)h;术后住院时间(8.5±2.8)d;术后3例患者发生出血,2例患者发生感染,2例患者发生双J管移位,2例患者出现膀胱刺激征。结论 PCNL是一项新的微创技术,手术操作的技术和设备要求高,而充分的术前准备、熟练和细致的护理配合是保证手术成功的重要因素。
Objective To summarize the experience in nursing cooperation with the percutaneous nephroscope lithotomy （PCNL） and ultrasound in the treatment of renal lithiasis. Methods The clinical data of 87 patients with renal lithiasis receiving PCNL were analyzed retrospectively and the intraoperative nursing experience was summarized. Results The operations for all the patients were carried out successfully, with the mean （60.1 ± 14.8） min. The intraoperative blood loss was （40.0± 33.6） ml, the postoperative ambulation time was （26.0 ± 4.0） h and the hospital stay was （8.5± 2.8） d. Three cases were complicated with hemorrhage, 2 with infection, 2 with double J tube shift, and 2 with irritative symptoms of bladder. Conclusions PCNL is a newly developed minimally invasive procedure with a high safety and optimal cosmetic result, but it is still difficult to perform. So a good nursing cooperation may be helpful for the success of the surgery.
