摘要
学生工作质量直接影响到学校的教育质量,而高校学生工作中层主管的工作满意度在学生工作中又起着至关重要的作用。运用SPSS对调查问卷进行分析,得出如下结论:个人背景资料及工作情况资料都与工作满意度有显著相关性;工作满意度相关因子的满意程度从强到弱依次为成就、认可、与同事关系、责任、监管—技术性、个人生活、工作条件、工作保障、学校政策与管理、地位、工作本身、晋升、薪酬;影响总体工作满意度最重要的因素是学校政策与管理、地位、责任和工作条件。
The paper investigates the status of middle-level supervisors' job satisfaction for students' affairs in the universities in our country, analyzes statistically the data with SPSS 18.0 software, and discusses the structure element system of the job satisfaction of the middle-level supervisors. The statistical results show that job satisfaction is significantly correlated with personal background and working conditions. Presented in descending order in accordance with the degrees of correlation, the factors are achievement recognition, colleague relation, responsibility, supervisory-technicality, personal life, working conditions, job security, school policy and management, status, the job itself, promotion, and salary. The most important factors affecting the job satisfaction of the middle-level supervisors are school policy and management, status, responsibility, and working conditions.
