摘要
在漫长的历史长河中,古代中国历代政府在多民族教育政策方面都进行了承前启后的有益探索,形成了具有中国特色的文化模式,即:"德化怀柔、协和万邦"是政策的基本理念,是根本出发点与最终归宿点;"一核多元,中和位育"是总的实践原则,具体实践原则有:核心辐射,边缘内附,双向建构;因地制宜,因俗而治,因势利导;多元互动,相互学习,相得益彰。这一模式反映了中国古代文化多样性的特点,对促进中华民族多元一体格局的形成与发展发挥了积极的作用,已积淀为中国风格的多元文化主义教育传统。
During the long history, successive central governments in ancient China made explorations in reforming multi-ethnic education policy based on experience in the past and created the culture model with Chinese characteristics. In this model, "moralization, conciliation and making all nations live in peace" form the basic policy concept, the fundamental starting point and the final destination; in practice, the general principle is "diversity around one center and balanced adjustment education", and specific principles include radiating from the center, enclosing the marginal parts, acting according to local conditions, governing according t local customs, making diverse interactions and learning from each other. This model reflected diversity of the Chinese ancient culture and played an important role in forming and developing the pattern of diversity in unity of the Chinese Nation. It has become the tradition of Chinese muhicuhuralism.
