摘要
目前国内传统的限速器校验方法大多操作繁琐、费时费力,测试精度低.有必要探索一种新的操作模式,以达到提高检验效率、测试精度、可操作性强的目的.现场检验时,无需繁琐的节圆速度计算,而是以测试仪测试轮模拟钢丝绳.限速器加速过程中,通过一个电气脉冲信号和一个捕捉功能记录该限速器电气动作速度和机械动作速度,进而判定该限速器是否合格.
Most of the traditional methods for detecting the over-speed governor is complex, time- consuming, and of low accuracy. It is necessary to find a new way to increase the efficiency, accuracy and strengthen the operability. At the inspecting site, it is vital to focus on testing the wheel simulating wire rope without complex calculation of the pitch circle. In the process of accelerating the over-speed governor, the tester records the electrical and mechanical speed through a pulse signal and the catching function, then, determines whether the over-speed governor is qualified.
