摘要
《幼幼集成》是清代医家陈复正所著 ,全书共六卷。选析卷二之《痫疾证治》篇 ,认为有以下学术特点 :痫者痼疾 ,致真元之败、气血之伤 ;痫证非痉 ,忌重坠寒凉、毒劣增困 ;治痫三方 ,从健脾补中、益肾养血。
A Complete Book on Paediatrics was written by Chen Fuzheng, a doctor in the Qing Dynasty, with 6 volumes altogether. The author has made a study of Treatment of Epilepsy, the second volume of the book, and has found the following features of the book. Epilepsy is an intractable disease with exhaustion of primordial qi and damage of qi and blood. Epilepsy does not belong to convulsive disease and the patients should stay away from heaviness and coldness. Toxic medicines aggravate the disease. In treating epilepsy, three prescriptions can be used to invigorate the spleen and kidney and nourish the blood.
